Abstract: This article presents the results of research carried out in 2023-2025 on the species composition and systematic position of the fungi isolated from samples taken from diseased organs, seeds and soil of tomato collected from tomato fields under the conditions of the Republic of Karakalpakstan; these data will make it possible to use them as a source in the future study of the fungal species that cause tomato diseases.
