Abstract: This article analyses, from a scientific and pedagogical perspective, the issues of increasing the effectiveness of the educational process through the use of interactive methods in music lessons. The theoretical and practical aspects of applying modern pedagogical technologies in music education are elucidated, and the role of interactive methods in developing pupils' creative thinking, musical hearing ability, aesthetic taste and independent thinking skills is substantiated. The article also examines the opportunities for increasing pupils' activity, actively engaging them in the lesson, and raising the quality and effectiveness of education through the use of interactive methods such as brainstorming, group work, question-and-answer sessions and role-playing during the lesson. The importance of innovative approaches and of using modern information and communication technologies in organizing music education is likewise analysed. The results of the study serve to organize music lessons more effectively, to develop pupils' creative potential and to improve the educational process.
