Abstract: This article presents information on the cultivation of the olive for the first time in the republic and on obtaining ecologically clean oil from it in the future. The olive is a plant that yields ecologically clean vegetable oil; it has been planted in our southern territories and this year it bore fruit on an area of 50 hectares. The issue now on the agenda is to harvest the olive fruits without loss and to process them for the needs of the population, since in the markets this is the most valuable oil and it contains 104 elements beneficial to humans.
