Abstract: By imposing a 132 Hz phase modulation on the 240 E8 root vectors, the phi‑scaled braid lattice self‑organizes into a topologically invariant phase space. This phase locking yields a natural metric for self‑reference, allowing the construction of a consistency operator that is provably closed under its own inference steps.
