Abstract: This article examines the major distinctions between traditional teaching methods andmodern approaches in the classroom. Traditional methods have long been associated with teacher-centeredlearning, memorization, and examinations, while modern approaches prioritize student-centeredinstruction, technology integration, and active learning. The article argues that although traditional methods provide stability and structure, modern approaches develop critical skills required in the 21st century. Acombination of both is recommended for balanced and effective teaching
