It covers human accountability, AI-use disclosure, fact and citation verification, duplicate-submission checks, authorship, conflicts of interest, privacy, licensing, repository deposit, and recordkeeping. AI may support drafting and organization, but it does not replace human judgment, verification, or responsibility.
