Abstract: Complete analytic synthesis of the GCFT C-local finite-angular-momentum programme. The work proves a broad scoped null sector and isolates an explicit unbound noncompact nonradiating survivor. It does not prove a global no-breather theorem and contains no numerical evidence. FULL C-LOCAL = FINITE_J_UNBOUND. GLOBAL NO-BREATHER = NOT PROVED. NUMERICS = NOT AUTHORIZED. Both the white Academic Edition and dark GCFT Art Edition contain identical scientific content and include the complete post-foundational C-local branch from CL1 through CL5Z.
