Abstract: Objectives: The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of performing preincision fluoroscopy-guided plate templating on surgical and clinical outcomes. Materials and Methods: In total, 55 patients who underwent plate fixation for fractures in different anatomical regions between September 2021 and February 2024 were evaluated. The study included 27 patients who underwent preincision fluoroscopy-guided plate templating (Group 1) and 28 patients who did not (Group 2). After the patients were prepared and draped in a sterile manner, the plate was positioned on the skin and the fracture line was visualized under fluoroscopy, and markings were made over the plate. The patients were assessed and compared in terms of operative time, number of intraoperative fluoroscopy shots, the difference between skin incision length and plate length, and postoperative pain scores. Results: Mean age was 24.08 ± 8.6 years in Group 1 and 32.7 ± 8.3 years in Group 2 (p= 0.68). The mean operative time was 40.35 ± 12.01 minutes in Group 1 and 53.77 ± 7.81 minutes in Group 2 (p
