Abstract: A reproducible multisource database that harmonizes oncology drugs, drug synonyms, regimens, regimen synonyms, condition-regimen associations, and clinical-trial intervention names. This release includes 11 production CSV tables, implementation code, source and release manifests, RxNorm mapping audits, and quality-assurance reports. File-scoped licensing: the production, audit, QA, and release-metadata files are distributed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 because they incorporate and adapt the full HemOncKB release. Repository-authored source code and original documentation are separately licensed under MIT. The DrugBank input is limited to the CC0 DrugBank Vocabulary Open Data dataset.
