Abstract: Analysis code accompanying Precision Functional Mapping of Imagined and Experienced Pain. We examined neural representations of experienced and imagined pain across eight body sites using deep-phenotyping precision functional MRI (N = 9, >7 hours scanning per participant). This archive contains MATLAB Live Scripts for univariate GLM analyses, precision functional mapping with SVM pattern classification, representational similarity analyses, and behavioral/self-report analyses.
