Abstract: The 1st Foundation of the Spatial Cosmological Theory (SCT) establishes a profound and necessary rupture with the traditional scientific paradigm: the complete rejection of the concept of “vacuum” in favor of ’Space’ as a fluidic, real, omnipresent, and dynamic entity. By postulating that ’Space’ is not an empty backdrop, but rather the “pre-energy” matrix of everything that exists, the primary basis of cosmic mechanics is consolidated. It is demonstrated that movement is the true motor of transformation in the Universe. ’Space’ is strictly solidary to it. While its rectilinear flow acts neutrally in the form of Vectorial Spatial Flux (VSF) — governing interactions within the space-volume —, it is the acquisition of spin (angular vector) that awakens its polarization. It is this inseparable interaction between the essential element (’Space’) and the transforming agent (movement) that generates energy. Thus, without the need to resort to virtual particles or empty geometric abstractions, the 1st Foundation proves that the genesis of energy is born from the spatial fluidic dynamics itself. This absolute and self-evident premise paves the way for us to understand, in the next foundations, how this polarized energy condenses to structure matter and form the physical Universe.
