Abstract: Previous work on the Neuromarker of Craving Signature (NCS; Koban, Wager, & Kober, Nature Neuroscience, 2023) identified distributed patterns predictive of craving intensity across drug- and food-cue-induced craving. Building on this, the present study examines whether functional connectivity across cortical and striatal regions relates to craving during a cue-induced craving task and whether such connectivity is modulated by the cognitive regulation of craving.
