Abstract: Supplementary Figure S7: Comparison of variant allele frequencies between F2 and F5 tumors. Scatter plots show the variant allele frequencies of germline variants (grey), somatic mutations in lymphoma driver genes (red) and other somatic mutations (blue) for 14 models obtained from the F2 generation and F5 generation. Pearson’s correlation R2 and P value are calculated from all somatic mutations.
