Abstract: iCCaRE Consortium CaPCaS PROs model for Black men. Conceptual framework illustrates the multilevel determinants of CaPCaS PROs among Black men. The model integrates biological factors (e.g., inflammation, stress response), general and migrant-specific SDOH, and CaPCaS-specific factors (e.g., health literacy, social support, access to care, and trust in providers) to influence key outcomes, including quality of life, emotional distress, treatment toxicities, and decisional regret. Cross-cutting sociodemographic factors such as age, nativity, and socioeconomic status are also depicted.
