Abstract: Heat is filed on two pages. Electricity is space written against magnetism. Mass is time written against gravity. The space-page carrier is the photon. The time-page carrier is the neutrino, treated here as a thermotemporal wave, not a gravity wave. The note keeps Maxwell, \(E=mc^{2}\), and Einstein’s field equation. It does not replace the Einstein tensor. The free-wave lock \(E/B=c\) is Maxwell. The time-page lock \(E_{\mathrm{mass}}/g\to c\) is only the cap, not rest mass. Greer’s law is written on the time page as \(g=t/T\), not as Sommerfeld’s fine-structure constant.
