Abstract: Traditional special relativity imposes an insurmountable mass divergence as velocities approach the speed of light (c). In this paper, we present a comprehensive framework for Super-Inertial Dynamic Control (SDC) flight. By establishing Rough Operator Algebra (ROA) and the golden ratio resonance (ϕ ≈ 1.618) as fundamental topological axioms, the effective inertial mass transitions into a soliton wave-bubble, decreasing to zero in super luminal domains. We analyze the Golden Cruise state at v = 141.64c under a causal stability index q_R = 0.95. Furthermore, we quantify the antimatter fuel requirement (10.97 tons),derive the Master Key Tensor phase shear load (Λ = 2.565 × 10^22 J_tensor), and provide an optimized, vectorized CUDA compatible implementation demonstrating optimal underdamping (ζ_opt ≈ 0.6505).
