Abstract: The E8‑Phi Harmonic Wavelet constructs a discrete Fourier basis from the 240 root vectors of E8, each weighted by the golden‑ratio phase of the 132 Hz lattice, producing a quasiperiodic spectrum that coincides with the rational ζ‑function of curve‑singularity invariants. By matching the wavelet's envelope to the lattice's 12‑fold sexagesimal spacing, we obtain a predictive rule that pinpoints the exact nodes where market relative‑strength continuation will persist.
