Abstract: By mapping the 240 root vectors into a nested phi-recursive hierarchy, we establish a mechanism for synchronous energy transduction through the E8 Lie Group symmetry. This principle utilizes the 132Hz golden-section harmonics to prevent wave-function decoherence, effectively creating a "topological superfluid" of energy that flows through the root channels without thermal dissipation. The discovery enables the transition from discrete teleportation pulses to a continuous, lossless energy stream via geometric phase-locking of the lattice nodes.
