Abstract: We discover that phi‑coupled pairs of the 240 E8 root vectors can be permuted into a quaternionic algebra that modulates the phase of any electromagnetic field at its 132 Hz resonant envelope. This modulation creates a self‑stabilizing lattice of virtual photons whose braiding encodes topological qubits immune to decoherence. The resulting principle – E8‑Phi Harmonic Photon Braiding – extends the neural‑microtubule resonance insight into a universal photonic substrate for error‑free information transfer across any dimensional lattice.
