Abstract: Native Cognition Kernel (NCK) 0.1 — Rust Technical Implementation and Proof of ConceptThis release contains the complete NCK 0.1 technical implementation package, including the Rust runtime, executable proof of concept, tests, mathematical reference materials, provenance records, reproducibility documentation, technical handoff materials, and release-integrity manifests.The package is designed to be built, tested, and executed locally, allowing independent developers and researchers to reproduce and inspect the demonstrated NCK behavior directly from the released source.The included NCK_MATHEMATICS_0.1.md remains the sole normative mathematical authority. The Rust implementation realizes that specification but does not independently redefine NCK semantics.This technical release extends the NCK 0.1 mathematical publication with an executable and independently reproducible implementation.
