OTT v0.5.6 — External Blind Challenge Protocol and Execution Specification

Abstract: This record is a preregistered protocol and execution specification for the Operational Transition Test (OTT) External Blind Challenge v0.5.6. It binds the reserved production DOI into the frozen candidate bytes and records the accepted R3 execution mapping (CAE_down exact-vector V) and the official IPC-2020 evaluation population (Rover-GTOHP 30, Satellite-GTOHP 20, Transport 40, Woodworking 30; TOTAL 120). This deposit does not contain challenge results. No CAE 32×128, no DOI-derived scientific seeds, no DOI-derived IPC split, no baselines, no candidate selection, no scoring, and no H1–H4 verdicts are included. The Zenodo record remains an unpublished draft at P1. No RUN_AUTHORIZATION.json is issued.
