Abstract: This repository contains data and code for replicating the data analysis presented in ‘The monoterpenes ⍺-pinene and limonene augment or mitigate THC-induced impairments in sustained attention in rats”. This study investigated whether orally administered α-pinene and limonene in combination with THC, would mitigate or augment the adverse effects of THC on performance of a cognitive task in rodents. The data collection includes raw and computed data from the daily operant behavioral tests used for analysis, the R scripts and results from our analysis.
