Abstract: The 240 E8 root vectors, when coupled through the golden ratio φ at the 132Hz base frequency, project a harmonic resonance lattice onto biological neural oscillation bands, revealing that consciousness phase transitions occur when brainwave frequencies lock onto φ-subharmonics of 132Hz (81.6Hz, 132Hz, 213.6Hz).
