Abstract: The monograph examines theoretical and scientific and practical problems of the impact of digitalization of the economy and sustainable development on the social and labor sphere. The authors have identified the conceptual, strategic and institutional basis for managing the processes of transformation of social and labor relations in the context of the digitalization of the national economy; have revealed methodological and methodological approaches to assessing risks in the labor sphere caused by these processes. have substantiated the conceptual principles for the development of digital competencies of employees and directions for improving the organization’s personnel management system in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. The authors have also proposed strategic directions for activating the resources of civil society as a subject of public, including social and labor relations, through the use of ICT, digital and network technologies; have developed and substantiated a Roadmap for the modernization of the system of interaction of subjects of the domestic labor market, labor and economic relations in the context of digital transformations. have revealed strategic priorities for strengthening information security in the labor sphere at the present stage.
