Abstract: The 2nd Foundation of the Spatial Cosmological Theory (SCT) establishes that energy and matter are not distinct entities, but rather varying densities of the same primordial fluid: 'Space'. Through the Universal Dynamic Cycle, the continuous convergence and superposition of 'Images' gradually overcomes inertia. Once this spatial accumulation reaches its physical retention limit, the system achieves perfect resonance and is permanently locked by the 'Eletrocapa'. This fluidic and continuous perspective elegantly replaces the standard model's complex particle zoo, uniting the origin of all masses into a single, cohesive spatial mechanism.
