Abstract: المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى إعداد مقياس المناعة النفسية لدى عينة من طلاب الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية – جامعة عين شمس. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (120) طالبًا وطالبة من طلاب الدبلوم العام، الدبلوم الخاص، الماجستير، والدكتوراة تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (22-46) عاماً وذلك للعام الدراسي 2024/2025م. استخدم الباحث في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهدافه، وتكون مقياس المناعة النفسية من أربعة أبعاد (36) عبارة وقد تم التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس بحساب مل من صدقه وثباته باستخدام التحليل العاملي التوكيدي للتحقق من صدق المقياس، واستخدام طريقة التجزئة النصفية للتحقق من ثبات المقياس، وقد أسفرت النتائج أنه على درجة جيدة من الصدق والثبات والقابلية للتطبيق على العينة المعنية بالبحث. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، توصي الدراسة بضرورة تصميم برامج إرشادية وتدريبية تستهدف تعزيز المناعة النفسية لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا، مع تقديم دعم أكبر لطلاب الدبلومات والطالبات، إضافة إلى تفعيل دور وحدات الإرشاد النفسي والأكاديمي داخل الكليات. الكلمات المفتاحية: الخصائص السيكومترية – مقياس المناعة النفسية – طلاب الدراسات العليا. Abstract: The present study aimed to develop a Psychological Immunity Scale for a sample of postgraduate students at the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University. The study sample consisted of 120 male and female students enrolled in the General Diploma, Special Diploma, Master’s, and Doctoral programs, whose ages ranged from 22 to 46 years during the 2024/2025 academic year. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher employed the descriptive method. The Psychological Immunity Scale consisted of four dimensions comprising 36 items. The psychometric properties of the scale were verified by assessing its validity and reliability. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was conducted to establish construct validity, while the split-half method were used to determine internal consistency reliability. The results indicated that the scale demonstrated satisfactory levels of validity, reliability, and applicability for the target research sample. In light of these findings, the study recommends designing counseling and training programs aimed at enhancing psychological immunity among postgraduate students, with a focus on providing greater support for diploma students and female students. Furthermore, it emphasizes the importance of activating the role of psychological and academic counseling units within faculties.
