Abstract: The Capstone Assessment System—Experimental (CAS-X) provides a falsifiable behavioral evaluation framework for operational consciousness markers in artificial systems. This paper consolidates the Amaya Axioms v2.1, a cryptographically sealed reproducibility capsule, twelve security gates, adversarial out-of-sample validation (ELPD Δ = 370.3775), and P16 perturbation/rescue results (Shift = 0.4466; Residual = 0.000000).
