Abstract: This article is devoted to the complications of acute destructive cholecystitis, which is one of the main problems not only of surgery but also of modern medicine, and to the solution offered by high-technology, minimally invasive surgical treatment. Despite the development of medical and diagnostic methods, the choice of the optimal method in the surgical treatment of acute cholecystitis still remains a pressing problem.
