Abstract: This document proposes that the enumeration of 6,616 Quranic verses, attributed to Ibn Abbas in the classical literature, converges mathematically with a prophetic civilizational framework comprising a 6,000-year lease, a 600-year making, and a 16-year gap contained within the Holy Quran's linguistic architecture. The work draws on classical Quranic-sciences literature (al-Suyuti, al-Dani, al-Fayruzabadi), hadith collections (Bukhari, Muslim, Ibn Majah, Musnad Ahmad), and parallel measures preserved in the Bible and the Talmud. Every source cited is listed in the document's own Sources section, and a standing protocol for scholarly objection and correction is published separately. Volume One of a three-part series; companion volumes address the same framework through Gospel and Torah witness respectively.
