Abstract: Endotoxicosis in pregnant women represents a significant medical problem that affects the health of newborns. Among the complications arising from this pathology, respiratory and cardiovascular disorders stand out, which can substantially worsen the quality of life of infants and increase the level of neonatal mortality. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to examine the mechanisms of the influence of endotoxicosis on the health of newborns, to identify risk factors and to develop effective methods for the prevention and treatment of complications. In conditions of a growing number of cases of endotoxicosis among pregnant women, this topic acquires particular significance. The aim of the present study is to examine the influence of endotoxicosis in mothers on the condition of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems of their newborn children. This includes an analysis of the frequency and nature of the complications that arise, as well as an assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed therapeutic approaches. To achieve this aim, the following tasks were formulated: to study the specific features of the course of pregnancy and childbirth in women with endotoxicosis, to analyse the influence of this condition on the health of newborns, and also to develop and test methods for the prevention and treatment of complications.
