Abstract: In Massau Kinematics, the dynamic mass of the Universe is a geometric property deduced from wave mechanics. This note demonstrates that mass is strictly bound to the Planck Force and the luminous asymptote. Applying the invariant K quantifies the mass relaxation, from an original inertia of 10^72 kg down to a baryonic mass of 10^52 kg. Crucially, crossing the asymptotic mass with the classical Planck mass (m_p) proves the latter is not an absolute constant, but a transitory relic of the Big Bang. The appearance of an exact factor of 16 in the areolar matrix algebraically confirms that the contemporary measurable Universe sits exactly at the cosmic angle of theta = 30°.
