Abstract: The article examines modern approaches to the diagnosis and prevention of adhesive disease in gynecological surgical interventions. The authors have developed an algorithm for predicting the risk of adhesion formation in women, which makes it possible to significantly reduce the probability of repeated surgical interventions and to restore fertility. The pathogenetic mechanisms of adhesion formation are considered, including epithelial-mesenchymal transition, chronic inflammation and the influence of the patient's individual factors. The analysis carried out demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method of early diagnosis and of preventive measures for improving the quality of life of patients and reducing treatment costs.
