Abstract: The instability of autonomic regulation is today noted in 95% of adolescents, with the prevalence among boys being within the range of 60% and among girls up to 79%. As is known, the autonomic nervous system takes part in the adaptation and the pathomechanism of various somatic diseases, including in the work of neuroendocrinology, in dysfunction of the menstrual cycle, where the assessment of its state plays a significant role.
