Abstract: This study examines modern technologies applied in the surgical treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis. Acute calculous cholecystitis is one of the most widespread complications of gallstone disease and requires surgical intervention to prevent serious complications such as perforation of the gallbladder and peritonitis. The abstract presents an overview of modern methods of surgical treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis, including laparoscopic cholecystectomy, mini-laparotomy, cholangiography techniques and the use of robotic systems. The advantages and disadvantages of each of these techniques are discussed, as well as their effectiveness and potential for improving treatment outcomes.
