Abstract: One of the main problems in gastroenterology is chronic diseases of the upper part of the gastrointestinal tract, which are among the general pathological processes with a long and recurrent course. Connective tissue dysplasia (CTD) arises depending on the weakening or decrease of the strength of an organ or system. This syndrome is formed on the basis of numerous factors, owing to various chronic diseases, and influences their course. Environmental degradation, metabolic diseases and nervous disorders (stress) are among the main factors [3,4,8]. All organs and systems consist mainly of connective tissue and perform a number of important functions in the organism. The clinical signs of connective tissue pathology in patients are diverse, and systemic damage manifests itself in various ways [2,6].
