Abstract: Inflammatory processes play a key role in the pathogenesis of many diseases, including viral infections accompanied by immune dysfunction. One of the promising directions in therapy is the use of interferon inducers capable of activating antiviral and anti-inflammatory mechanisms. This work studies the anti-inflammatory activity of the interferon inducer TselAgrip obtained from natural plant raw materials. Experimental studies on models of inflammation revealed that TselAgrip reduces the severity of oedema and modulates the immune response, promoting a more rapid activation of non-specific defence mechanisms. The results obtained may serve as a basis for optimising the pharmacotherapy of inflammatory and viral diseases.
