Abstract: In this research work the adsorption isotherms of Cr6+ ions contained in waste water were studied on the basis of the Freundlich isotherm model with the help of newly modified adsorbents. The adsorption of Cr6+ ions on the adsorbents amounted to 0.154 mg/g on modified Angren kaolin.
