Abstract: Analysis code and derived data accompanying the submission "Metabolic networks in colorectal tumor stroma are less organized than their normal counterparts" (Cetin, Bogdan, Mumenthaler, Finley). Includes the MATLAB reconstruction, flux-sampling and knockout pipeline; the Python multifractal, curvature, network and validation analyses; the R pseudobulk and survival analyses; the flux-weighted metabolite networks for all 22 context-specific models; and the derived outputs underlying every statistic reported in the manuscript. Raw flux samples and the reconstructed model .mat files are omitted for size and can be regenerated with the included drivers; see README.md.
