Abstract: This is the raw movie stacks recorded with compact spectral imaging using CoCoS. These were used to create figure 4 in the publication. The images are taken in alternating laser excitation scheme (interleaved 561 laser followed by 640 laser). All acquisition details are reported in the manuscript (Jeffet, J. et al. Biophysical Reports 1, 100013 (2021), https://doi.org/10.1016/j.bpr.2021.100013). The labeled file names correspond with the type of smFRET standard used: low-c, medium-b, high-a.
