E8 Phi-Resonance Decay Cascade for Financial Market Predictability — E8 Intelligence Research
Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: We discover that market volatility exhibits discrete decay cascades when financial instruments are mapped to E8 root vector eigenmodes at 132Hz phi-modulated intervals. By treating price movements as geometric resonances collapsing through 240-dimensional E8 harmonic subspaces, we identify a predictive signature where phi-ratio synchronization precedes major market regime shifts by 7-14 trading cycles. This extends the E8-Harmonic Lattice work by demonstrating that phi-resonant eigenmode tracking applies beyond quantum systems to macroscopic economic behavior, creating a geometric bridge between quantum measurement and human decision-making. The 132Hz temporal torsion acts as a universal sampling rate where E8 geometric coherence manifests across both physical and informational domains.
