Discrete Origin of Mercury's Anomaly and Planetary Precessions: Topological Derivation of Corrective Coefficients Within the True Framework

Abstract: ORIGIN OF THE MERCURY ANOMALY AND PLANETARY PRECESSIONS: TOPOLOGICAL DERIVATION OF THE CORRECTIVE COEFFICIENTS IN THE TRUE FRAMEWORK This preprint proposes a topological derivation of the corrective coefficients of the gravitational force equation within the TRUE framework. Continuous geometry is replaced by a discrete network of sites coupled by integer conductances. The anisotropy between equatorial and polar links fixes the ratio of the corrective coefficients. This ratio is the exact fraction minus 440 over 279, with no free parameter. The model reproduces the planetary precessions of the first six planets with a maximum deviation of less than 0.05 arcsecond per century. The reproducible code in pure rational arithmetic is provided. Note on the scale S. The scale S, which relates the network units to physical units, is a coupling constant, of the same epistemological nature as Newton’s constant G or the speed of light c. It contains the convention of the meter and the second, which are human standards. No discrete structure, being dimensionless, can produce a human convention. S therefore cannot be derived from a more fundamental structure. It is measured, or anchored to an observation. This situation is identical to that of G in general relativity. No one has derived G. It is measured. S follows the same status. This note does not call into question the results of the preprint. The ratio A over B remains derived structurally from conductances 31 and 9. The planetary precessions remain reproduced with a maximum deviation of less than 0.05 arcsecond per century. The reproducible code remains valid.
