Abstract: We classify all Rota-Baxter operators of weight $λ$ on $M_n(F)$ over a field $F$ of characteristic zero whose minimal polynomial has maximal degree and show that in both cases $λ= 0$ and $λ\neq 0$ such an operator is conjugate to exactly one operator.
