Toward Objective, Continuous Symptom Assessment in Myasthenia Gravis using Digital Health Technology
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: To develop and validate a multi-modal digital health technology for remote monitoring of disease symptoms in myasthenia gravis (MG). MG is a chronic autoimmune neuromuscular disease characterized by muscle weakness and fatigue. MG symptoms are typically evaluated by neuromuscular experts through in-person neurological examinations that are time-consuming, require disease expertise, and capture only a snapshot in time. We developed a multi-modal digital health technology (DHT) called BioDigit MG, for monitoring MG symptoms.
