napari Workshop Datasets: Deciphering the Living Cell through Microscopy and Computation (2026)

Year: 2026
Type: other
Abstract: This repository contains microscopy datasets prepared for the hands-on napari session at the workshop “Deciphering the Living Cell through Microscopy and Computation” (November 16–17, 2026). The data are derived from experiments associated with the forthcoming Nature Methods paper “Multi-immersion Oblique Plane Microscope (miOPM): A reconfigurable platform for high-resolution Light-Sheet Fluorescence Microscopy.” The study introduces miOPM, a flexible light-sheet fluorescence microscopy platform designed for high-resolution volumetric imaging across a broad range of biological samples and spatial scales. These selected datasets are provided for educational use during the workshop and are intended to demonstrate interactive exploration, visualization, and analysis of multidimensional microscopy data using napari. Participants can use the data to explore 3D image volumes and, where applicable, temporal information, detected objects, and trajectories.
