Abstract: Recently, rhinosurgery, a branch of otorhinolaryngology that has been actively developing in recent years, requires optimization of perioperative care for patients and sets new tasks for attending physicians. The improvement of diagnostic methods and the improvement of the surgical treatment of pathological processes in the nasal cavity (BB) and paranasal sinuses have led to an increase in the number of surgical procedures and the expansion of their scope, and the previously used local anesthesia (LA) can no longer provide the patient with sufficient antinociceptive protection against more traumatic and prolonged surgical aggression (Timoshenko A. L., 2005).
