Work Smarter, Not Harder, with AI

Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: AI tools can help optimize daily to-do lists, but only once the user has tackled the learning curve that accompanies new technology. Are you taking the right steps to get ahead? “Most fundraisers are trying to use AI in some capacity, but not everyone can say they've seen huge improvements in productivity overall,” says Louis Diez, CEO of WIZE (Allentown, PA). While this may be the current case, Diez believes it is only a matter of time before AI plays a starring role in how organizations raise money. Diez speaks from experience. He launched a fundraising agency in the post-pandemic world and quickly saw how AI could aid with tasks like writing donor emails, impact reporting and more. This revelation led him to create the AI fundraising assistant WIZE, which learns an organization's mission, voice and donor relationships, then assists teams in planning and executing fundraising campaigns in minutes as opposed to weeks.
