Abstract: FINDING: Riemann zeta zeros exhibit GUE-type eigenvalue repulsion, with a specific collision/repulsion event at the 511th/512th zeros; Painlevé equations govern GUE/LUE/JUE largest-eigenvalue distributions. | MATH: Zeta zeros \( \gamma_n \) (n=511,512) show level repulsion consistent with GUE statistics: \( P(s) \sim C s^2 e^{-\pi s^2/4} \) (Wigner surmise for 2×2 GUE). Painlevé VI (or V/III) τ-functions appear as Fredholm determinant solutions for largest eigenvalue distributions of GUE/LUE/JUE. Root system \( A_{N-1} \) underlies Weyl chamber volume — the GUE eigenvalue density is proportional to \( \prod_{i Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK.
