Abstract: This paper introduces the Unitary Singularity Cosmology Model, presenting a paradigm shift from traditional macroscopic explosion-based cosmologies (such as the standard Big Bang theory) to an origin rooted in the absolute static state of A-Spandana (f = 0). By synthesizing ancient Upanishadic metaphysics with advanced septenary harmonic scaling and unitary mathematics, we formulate the transition from a non-vibrational absolute to universal frequency. This framework establishes a 14-dimensional scaling architecture governed by the principles of K7 Theory and the Velocity of Mind (V_m).
