Abstract: Preprint, not yet peer-reviewed. This record contains the Arabic original and a full English translation (PDF). This paper proposes a unified mathematical and geometric formulation of a 17-dimensional spacetime framework intended to bridge gnostic (ʿirfānī) numerical codes (the 1001 equilibrium code, the 124,000 total fields, the 119,000 veiling shield, and the prophetic and polar stations) with the tools of modern theoretical physics, including Lie groups, compactified dimensions, Lagrangian dynamics, and the holographic principle. The framework rests on a dimensional decomposition 17 = 3 + 14 (three observable dimensions and fourteen folded dimensions divided into seven spectral and seven tensional), on the symmetry group SU(8) with its 63 generators, and on two derived constants: the tensional constant τ ≈ 0.021 and the spectral constant σ ≈ 0.49, whose ratio yields the dimensional bridge law σ/τ = 7/3. From this bridge the paper derives the cosmic energy and matter partition (70%/30%), the order of magnitude of the vacuum energy density, a dark-matter candidate mass of 715 GeV/c², and the Eddington number (10^80) as the product of the observational horizon and a symmetry-breaking coefficient (10^26 × 10^54). A "decimal fullness zero" mechanism is proposed as an alternative to the Big Bang singularity. The universal scale 63 is decomposed into a manifest horizon (10^26 m) and a hidden horizon (10^37 m), and the Planck scale (10^-35 m) is obtained from a zero-balance equation involving a first sub-Planckian domain (10^-28 m). A sub-Planckian separating membrane at 10^-63 m with calibrated thickness ℓg ≈ 5.71 × 10^-61 m supports a scale duality of 10^±61 and 10^±63 between the spacetime floor and the cosmic horizon. Two closed field series are constructed: a spectral series (400 to 1100; sum 5,000; nuclei 305; baryonic ratio 6.1%) and a tensional series (14,000 to 20,000; sum 119,000; nuclei 17,850; governing ratio 3/17), linked by a holographic transition constant Ω_HTC ≈ 0.1464 from which the lunar orbital inclination (5.14°) is derived. The paper concludes with a full dynamical formulation (a 17D Lagrangian L17 and its field equations) and a consolidated table of the derived constants and scales.
