Abstract: We extend the Cosmological Special Theory of Relativity (CSTR) in two directions left open by earlier papers in this program:Lorenz-gauge electrodynamics, and the coordinate transformation and proper distance appropriate to a uniformly accelerated (Rindler) observer.
